Thanks to everyone - it looks like I've tracked down the cover. I can't believe such a simple thing could be so hard to find!

Thanks for the suggestion. Peter has been extremely helpful to me throughout the whole buying the 105 process. Unfortunately he doesn't stock the cover.

I've now sourced a cover and have it ordered so the issue has been resolved.
