Most memorable flights?
All the SAR jobs (like they were yesterday),
Opening ceremony Sarajevo 1984 (wrong side of the stadium so ten percent of the world population people saw "4891 ovejaraS").
The day the tail rotor stopped going round and I had 25 mins to the nearest runway to work out how to get us on the ground.
Filming the fires of Kuwait for Werner Herzog (when we could get the oil off the lens).
The ones I co-ordinated from the ground and therefore had time to worry about:
- Mark and Ray Hanna dogfighting in a Spitfire and an ME109
- The Athens '04 boys, performing like ballerinas on speed (and that was before they got airborne!)

...... faint clapping from a small child in the eighth row.
