Helicopter Noise signature
Can anyone inform me or send me in the right direction to find about published helicopter dB levels, in particular BK117's??

Look in ICAO Annex 16, Volume 1, Chapter 8.
The BK has already been judged by CASA to be quiet enough to use R405, despite the 2500kg limit on other machines. See ERSA FAC-S 313.
