SASless - regarding FAA oversight.

Chaps.... it's very simple better HUMS and HOMP than nothing at all. Plus if you've only got one donk, fly it like a single hot n high pinnacle landing. It aint rocket science.

With all their apparent emphasis on global standards, would it be right to assume that Air Logistics / Bristow GOMBU are now operating their mediums and heavies to the same procedures as Bristow BUs in other parts of the world on issues like diversion fuel?

No...At least not yet, and I would imagine that it would be a while. the OPS manual between Bristow eastern hemisphere and western hemisphere still differs quite a bit..
