I just wandered, being the wandering type!
Whats the opportunity like these days for qualified helo pilots. I appreciate it would appear a more expensive game, but CabAir qoute similar prices last year for ATPL(H)!!
Ok so there are less helo companies, less airlines/carriers, does that logically equate to less vacancies/prospects for qualified inverted lawnmower drivers??
Would the wannabe commercials be all ex-army squirrel pilots perhaps?
Just a thought, Id be really interested to hear about it, wouldnt want to overlook another angle!
Cheers

Don't you mean "wondered"?
You'll probably need to do some wandering to get work though.
No idea what the market is like in the UK but in Oz it's tough if you haven't done it the military way. Most guys head to the Kimberley to get their hours up. (That is, if you don't want to do mustering). If you are cluey, you'll have knocked off all the exams so you can move up when the opprotunity arises.
