Health Quesionaire
Did anyone else receive a health questionaire as part of a study into the long term health of aircrew and ATC?
I recently got one through the post and at the bottom of the letter is a threat saying that if we don't fill out the form they'll get our medical records from the CAA anyway. Are the CAA allowed to pass on our personal medical records to a third party like that without our permission?
