Why do some threads get Stars and Bars...and others not!!
Recently there has been two threads which attracted:
28 comments and 861 views with another with 4 comments and 170 views......and you 'promoted' both of them.
On the other hand..........there was one that had 22 comments and 1060 views and a further with 9 comments and 509 views and you failed to give them any brownie points.........?
