PDG Expansion Plan
Heard a story that PDG have got big new financial backing, and after buying Irish Helicopters are looking to purchase companies south of the border (with 3 in mind).

ppheli - you are a star. The Scotsman is not normally on the newsagent shelf in Hants <BG>. The investment mentioned in the article is a lot more than they paid to swallow Irish Helicopters (about £ 2 million) last year.
I was told specifically that three operators are in the frame for a bid. Perhaps there will be some 'new' news soon - they can't sit on the cash for ever.

What about the rumours that other bigger companies might want a slice of the onshore market! Any N Sea operator losing some business might want to diversify and what better than a Company on your doorstep.
