Air Ecosse

Anyone out there know if Air Ecosse is still in business and working out of Aberdeen. If so, where are Alan Elphinstone and Bill Cowie??

Air Ecosse went bust years ago!

Last I heard Alan (Alfie) Elphinstone was Chief Pilot for Bristow's SAR in Stornoway. He was one of my instructors at Wallop, bloody nice bloke too!

Thanks Wizzard........Elfie was one of my instructors in 78/79 at Wallop. I agree, he is one helluva nice guy. Last saw him falling out of a Gazelle at Arbroath after Cowie had dropped one after a night on Guiness and curry!!
