Lightbulb Job Advice

Has anyone got any suggestions how I can get obtain a co-pilot slot anywhere. (and I mean anywhere!)
I have a twin rating with about 1000hrs, but lack command time.
SAR/EMS, Offshore, experienced.
Everyone says there is a pilot shortage world wide, but most operaters want mega hours.
I knew it would be hard, but like most new pilots I'm looking for a foot in the door.

Try Child Flight based at Westmead in Sydney.

They will require minimum 750 hours plus an IREX pass.

Good luck. They do alot of flying using BK117 and AS365N2.
