Refer to Flight Manual ?

Anybody outside, who could talk about some examples for missunderstanding or wrong informations given by the flight manual? Interpreting problems? Impossible procedures in "real live"? But please within the approved a/c limitations!!!

I always thought RTFM meant something else !!.
