Hey Butch.....how many guys there are bad mouthing the Union nowadays?

You reckon LSI would have coughed up the money without the threat of a work stoppage by the pilots?

Why only a 75% affirmative vote?

SASless: There is no way the company would have ever come around without that 100% Yes vote for Strike Authority. It took quite a lot of work even with that, but we had a great negotiating committee. As I understand it, this is the best wage and benefit package negotiated anywhere in the U.S. this year.

The 25% who did not vote yes had a variety of reasons but I think the biggest was they were still angry at the way the company handled this in the beginning and they simply did not want to settle with them.

IHL: LSSI trains all the U.S Army, Air Force, Guard, and Reserves along with pilots from 135 allied nations at Ft. Rucker, AL.
