Newcastle-area SFH

Does anyone know where I can self-fly hire an R22, R44 or B206 in the Newcastle area?

Is this a very clever advert for Eagle Helicopters and have I just fallen for the gag?

No it's not. It's a genuine request. Thanks for the name.

Just checked them out on the web and it doesn't look like an SFH outfit to me. Any advance on Eagle?

A google search shows the following

http://www.northumbriaheli.flyer.co.uk/First.htm

I don't know anything about them.

You could give bob or pat a call at sherburn. They'll know who may have something close to newcastle. 01977 680 206

Otherwise your best bet is to use the usual suspects in yorkshire with a short flight north to position.
