EMS accident near Berlin

has anyone any details on the loss of a Bell 412HP near Berlin yesterday?

I think its a HDM Flugservice GmbH craft but the German text I have read is unclear. Injuries for sure but the rest is unclear.

German is not my best language!

Thanks,

I heard on the local news here that the Co-pilot was killed and the rest (4 I think) were injured. It was indeed a HDM 412. Apparantly there was thick fog in the area at the time.
I haven't heard anything else but I can find out.

Unhappy

The heavy crash occured on 24.11.02 northeast of Berlin at 22:00 local time. The a/c crashed on a glider airfield (destination) with higher forward speed and is completely destroyed and outburned. On board of the Bell 412 HP were 4 crewmembers: 2 pilots, a surgeon and a nurse. The medical crew and the pilot in command are heavily injured and burned. The copilot died in the burning mass of folded metal and debris. It seems to be a miracle that the other crewmembers survived. The authorities concentrate their investigations on the weather. Fog, visibility 50 meters. May be they lost (or had never) vision contact to the field.
The ship, the crew and the operator are IFR certified.
The crash is unfortunately not the first in germany under such circumstances.
