I think it's the Georgia Institute of Technology's submission in the American Helicopter Society's 2002 student competition. It's tonight's bedtime reading.

P.S. The 1999 competition was won by a Intermeshing Helicopter design from the University of Maryland. Sorry Nick, I just had to get that in.
