Penguin causes crash

Link to BBC story. South Africa - penguin in unsecured box slides onto controls. And no, this is not April 1st.

No AAIB report containing any heli matters this month.

The pilot when asked what type it was, simply described it as a ‘king penguin.

Well, from the BBC article, "The report did not say why they had picked up the penguin."

David, I’m really going to struggle trying to explain that one to friends on this side of the pond! When my daughter visits she brings a stash of Penguins with her on the plane, never caused any issues on a 777……

Scapegoating the penguin made for an attention-getting article title, but 'Skipper' wasn't to blame for the crash.
.
That honour goes to Dumb (specialist passenger), Dumber (pilot) and a cardboard box full of Karma.

Don't you just hate it when they keep blaming the penguins?

Pesky penguins!

Donald Trump doesn't trust them, and has ordered import tariffs be placed upon the Heard and McDonald Islands, which lie about 4000km (2485 miles) south-west of Australia. The only inhabitants of these islands are (naughty!) penguins and seals. 😂
