You can get Airbus OSD (called FCD) free of charge through T.I.P.I.

Search Airbus T.I.P.I. Register for an account and then once in search for FCD in the “product” box.

Yes, that's where I got it too, but I wasn't sure (forgot) if you have to be an operator to register!
