BELL 206B Dimensions

Hello everyone,

I'm Marco from Luxembourg and I do RC model building. I'm going to build a Bell 206B in 1:3.3 scale over the winter and am looking for someone who could help me take some measurements from the original, for example, the diameter of the fuel cap, rivets, cockpit, etc. I would send a list with pictures.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any detailed plans and there isn't an original Bell 206 within a 300km radius, at least I haven't found one.

I thank you in advance for your efforts.

Best wishes - Marco

Google search “. Bell 206 B blueprints “
That should get you started until some kind soul here gets back to you with the information you seek.
Happy modelling.

Good morning,

Thank you albatross and paco for the tip. Unfortunately it doesn't help me, I'm looking for the details as I wrote above, fuel cap, rivets, cockpit you can't find them on a blue print or anywhere else, they would have to be measured on the original.
For example, with the rivets, if they do not look to scale, the overall picture will not look nice.
Unfortunately we don't have a museum nearby where a BELL 206 is on display.

Wish you a nice day - Marco

Good morning Akitomo,

Thank you very much, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Do you have any more of these precise plans? Of fuel cap dimensions, skid, cockpit etc.

Thank you in advance.

Wish you a nice day - Marco
