Sure we’ve had this already reported, G-MCGT gets pitch oscillations following selection of Transition Down AFCS SAR mode, but the report is in March’s bulletin: link

There’s also a bit extra on the BK that experienced a firm landing at North Weald after a simulated engine failure on take-off went awry: link

Not AAIB reported, but there was the incident earlier this month when I selected the HDG mode on the HeliSAS autopilot in a 66, it started turning left unexpectedly and then I realised I had not pre-set the bug. For a second in put me in kind of those CVRs where quite close to the end of the recording the crew ask ‘why’s it doing that?’.
