Difficult to get a read on how bumpy that really was since a lot of the apparent movement seems to be exaggerated by the bouncing of the hand held camera.

the H145 was never the most forgiving helicopter to be flying through turbulence in
a lot better than a B206 or any teetering head. I was in a BK117 in mountain waves and we were flipped to 120 degrees roll
