Helicopter pilot contractor contract.

G’day fellow rotor heads,

ive been searching the web for a sample contract to use as a starting point writing a contractor agreement as a helicopter pilot, unsuccessfully…

does some one here have something I could use as a starting point or know where to look?

thanks, blue skies!

North Sea Divers used to do the same - may be worth checking that.

Just in case you hadn't thought of it, you have no master/servant relationship as a contractor so make sure your public liability insurance is OK

Thank you Paco, although North Sea Divers seems to be a small salvaging business?

I’am trying to find an example of a Contract to be used as a self employed pilot to use as a starting point to write one tailored to my situation.

Seems like the Golden Rule applies here.....him what. has the gold writes the rules.

The Pilot acting as an independent contractor has to negotiate his own deal.....don't think for a second you will be able to get much if any cooperation from fellow contractors.

Supply and demand determines the wage rate, perks, benefits and other consideration....and finding a court of review that works for the pilot is going to be tough sledding.

Ask any former Bristow Pilot who enjoyed the BIAGLE contract that found its home in the Channel Islands for administration.
