The article suggests that at least one of them was purchased via Crowd Funding for about six million bucks.
I suspect that Mr Dixson might be able to share a story or two about how many can fit into a Blackhawk when you pull out all of the seats and stuff troops in ... Might stuff 20 in.
The Russians posted online a video of the alleged helicopter taken from a UAV and, while video quality doesn’t allow to ID exactly the aircraft, the tail boom shown is resembling more the Mi-24’s one than the UH-60’s. Either way, neither helicopter can transport 20 fully equipped soldiers.
A lot more probably.
Good guess LW! During the competition with the French for the Turkish Jandama award, we got rid of all the seats except for the two gunners seats ( occupied by two SA crew-one former USMC 53 Crewchief and one former 82nd Airborne H-60 Crewchief ). Laced the floor with a matrix of US military cargo tie-down straps and regularly carried 26 combat loaded Jandarma infantry.
Forgot to add: One of our former Vietnam Cav pilots had 53 in the back….but just the troops-no weapons ammo etc.
Some background: this fly-off competition consisted of a six month long tactical/maintenance/mountain performance evaluation in far eastern Turkey. Missions were to move and support Turkish Jandarma units as they pursued the PKK terrorist units. Jandarma officer on each flight to monitor and report.

The second one is possibly the Czech crowd funded one?

As the only Black Hawk in Ukrainian service, N60FW is used to support special forces. The DIU reports that its performance far exceeds the Mi-8 and Mi-24. "The helicopter impresses with its reliability, ease of operation and combat survivability," the Black Hawk's flight engineer said in a DIU news statement. The helicopter's pilot, who has experience on the Mi-8 and Mi-24, noted that he was able to fly the Black Hawk on the first day after just a few hours in the cockpit.

On 17 November a group of Czech volunteers called Darek pro Putina (Gift for Putin) will begin collecting donations to buy a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter for Ukraine, the organisation announced on 15 November.
