OK, going to show my ignorance but do Ultimate (Heli) have any existing O&G operations? Any thoughts on whether this will just be a continuation of the race to the bottom?

Not at anything like this scale. They have some experience in certain adjacent segments of the market and are members of HeliOffshore and HAI so they are not totally without relevant experience.
