A109sp ids caution message

Hi

anyone experienced this IDS caution message ? additionally EDU 2 switch on and off from time to time ? just wondering if this is some minor failure or serious one which end up in EDU replacement .
some rumors that it might be caused by weak IDU internal battery

Regards

Hi!
On AW109s IDS Caution with those symptoms it might be EDU2 asking for a replacement.
In case of IDS Caution but with both EDUs working normally there's a chance of being a DAU Channel problem.
