I said “allegedly” as it was heard from a source, and it depends who you refer to as the “first responders.” The second egg collecting helicopter was first on the scene.

I think it would be the ATSB that would determine that it was out of fuel. CASA couldn’t determine what they had for breakfast if you showed them the menu.

Old mate was in court today. A couple of accomplices have pleaded guilty to destroying evidence from the crashed chopper. NT news today.
