Gama selected as preferred bidder for Wales Air Ambulance

Gama seem to have been selected for the Wales Air Ambulance contract. I wonder how many pilots will TUPE? I understand none of the Scottish pilots did so when Gama took on the helicopter part of the air ambulance contract in Scotland. Looks like starting in January 2024.
