Many in the Oz helo industry will be familiar with Ken, sadly passed away yesterday morning following a fairly long debilitating illness. Will post remembrance details when known.

Ken had endured that problem for a long time but fought on. He was my instructor on Hueys on conversion at 5 Sqn, and I returned the favour 25 years later by giving him work in Sydney Helicopters. RIP KJ

RIP KJ.

My Uncle flew with KJ in Vietnam, and spoke highly of KJ. I had the pleasure of doing some type rating training with KJ. A thorough joy to fly with and I enjoyed his character and humour.

A lovely man and a valuable Aviator.

My sincere condolences to his family and friends.
