Advice for EMS?

First time poster and new join so thanks for your patience.

I am getting unsolicited emails from EMS providers asking me to apply. I’ve previously trained EMS pilots in the S76 and EC135 but hadn’t really considered going back to flying. Any idea what the base salaries are for folks like PHI, Air Methods or Metro? And the working conditions? Week on, week off, etc?

any valid feedback appreciated!

Don't do HAA unless it's based somewhere that you really want to live. Avoid the vendors, they are awful and will treat you like the filthy worm that you are. If you want to be well paid, respected and have good PTO time, then hit up the non-profit health systems. They are more stable jobs and the bases tend to be recession proof. You're looking $100k-$160 at a non profit if you choose to work lots of OT. Good luck getting half that with Metro. They hate you and prove it.
