Seems a bit anti-climactic. The airframe flew and received initial airworthiness in basic production configuration last year. This is the first time an airframe with the structural modifications unique to the presidential design has flown. It will now receive classified modifications and fly at least one more time before mods are complete.

Mainly due to the communication systems, not anything to do with the actual airframe.

Standard mission system integration problems....

It may be assumed that the 'losing' crew from the larger EH-101 based VH-71 version of the Presidential helicopter replacement 2008 may be quietly sniggering in the background.
