The Swiss have always been excellent at hosting documents - I think they had the JARs when they were not freely available too.

The CAA CAP 1864 Onshore Helicopter Safety Review references Annex 14 volume 11 - assuming typo as in "EH101"

"The CAP ensures any hospital heliport fulfils the international standards in ICAO Annex 14, Volume 11."
