A109 operator

Hi,

Has anyone come across an A109 with registration N449C?
Does anyone know who operates it?

Listed as Meridian Limited, based in the Isle of Man. MSN 22066 is a AW109S Grand.

It might be registered there, but the good book Ascend says it's physically based in the IoM.

FYI: That is where the aircraft owner trustee is located. N registered aircraft require the owner to be a citizen of the US however there is a provision in the FAA regulation that allows a non-US citizen owner to N register the aircraft via a special trust.

Since December 2017 registered on the US register (FAA) to Fawkes Inc Trustee at 251 Littlefalls Drive, Wilmington, DE. The registration is to a corporate Trustee entity, which is not the same as identifying the "owner" (the person who paid for the aircraft and paid the Trustees to run the registration) or where the aircraft is based.

Data from Parapex Media shows N449C based at a site in Ireland (not IoM!) along with the ultimate owner company and principal name behind the Fawkes Inc trustee name.

The bigger questions is why do you want to know?
