A military officer aboard the aircraft died. Another five were injured and taken to a hospital in Manaus

The Army Aviation Command (CAvEx) regrets to report that this morning (13/08), an Army Aviation aircraft, model Panther K2 (registration EB-2021), crashed near Careiro da Várzea, five minutes after its takeoff from Manaus (AM).
On the aircraft were six military personnel. Unfortunately one of the military could not resist and died. The other five crew members were rescued and taken to a Manaus area hospital.

Obvious heavy rain but in the last video looked to me like some hail too.

Looks like he caught the wires on the way down. The fact there was only one fatality out of six p.o.b. is quite remarkable.
