FAA Helicopter Instrument Rating to Transport Canada Heli Instrument Rating
Recently a person at a Canadian school tried to tell me
that an FAA instrument rating obtained in an "IFR Trainer"
would not be considered valid time.
Would anyone have heard anything like this or know
what he is referring to?
