Landing in suburbia on dashcam

Does anyone know if this was a legit landing or something out of the ordinary?

I checked out the video comments on YouTube. One guy posted this:

NFI what that heli was doing. Landing at Victoria barracks in paddingon NSW, but it shouldn't have been that low.... (vid was taking roughly at young st/oxford st)

So it was military then. Couldn’t tell what it was from the quick passing glance.

Seahawk by the looks of it, nose mounted FLIR and that tail gear is a dead giveaway.

It appears to be on short finals to the Victoria Barracks in Sydney NSW. Short and very draughty finals.

MH-60R I would say. I believe the RAN retired their S-70Bs in 2017.

Neither did I, instead I looked up the business name, Totem Road, on the street corner to identify the location, on Oxford Street and Brodie Street, just west of Young Street.

There is something to see and not move on because this landing lacked the expected “military precision” by blowing chairs and crap onto a road and endangering pedestrians, motorists and property.

December in Paddington. 1972
Task: base at Vic Barracks (home base Holdsworthy !) for 3 days/nights and be at disposal of Army photographer with B206B-1 Kiowa
His mission?
get a great photo for the General’s Christmas card.
spent the days cruising the harbour and beaches.
the nights carousing in Paddington.
No chairs were harmed during the exercise
