Off-airport landing in Spain

Wondering if anyone has any good information on off-airport landing in Spain. Regulations, restrictions, ect. looking at an area about 80 nm north west of Barcelona.

Spanish AIP
Land owners permission required
Maximum 3 times per month
AESA should be notified

Spanish ANO
If private flight, less than 6 seats you don't need to notify AESA

Nature Park
If it is within a designated nature park, then civilian helicopters are not permitted to land

Jonny is correct. The only exception to those rules are given by a "Letter of exemption", usually provided to HEMS, Firefighting, Police and SAR aircraft enabling them to enter restricted airspaces, off-airport landings, and so on.
