ADA CLEANING HOUSE LOL

Abu Dhabi Aviation is cleaning house, sort of as all employees over the age of 60 are being let go except of coarse a Few Chosen ones. LOL. Replacing very experienced and qualified pilots, engineers with the lowest priced replacements they can find. (South Africa) Having had the opportunity to work with some great people over the last ten years I feel very humbled and yet relieved to be moving on to my next adventure where family and health are the things that really matter in the end.

Wasn't that always the case at ADA? I worked there in 1990's and pilots at age 60 were no longer required unless they had friends in high places (2nd floor) and even then they were generally only given co-pilot positions and salary.

There’s more nationalities than just South Africans at ADA and the company is trying to cut wages and conditions by stealth for all of them.
