Electronic Kneeboard - Windows tablet

Hello collective Rotorhead genius!

I'm looking for something about the size of an iPad mini (7.9in screen, smallish bezel) but running Windows to use as an electronic Kneeboard/EFB.

I know an iPad is perfectly fine, but I've a constraint on software that means I need windows running on the damn thing...

Anyone got any suggestions? Can buy in Europe or the USA.

One well-known European Carrier uses Microsoft Surfaces Pro with Windows 10 as EFB. But it's the 12.4" size. Surface Go is 10". If you really need a smaller one, I can't give you an example from industry.
