What happened to Helitrain Cabri G-CHWJ

Helitrain Cabri G-CHWJ was cancelled from the UK Register by the CAA on 8 November 2019 as 'destroyed', anyone know why, details?

....and nothing on the AAIB website. Could it go unreported if it was destroyed while not flying? (e.g. sitting on the pad and a lorry reverses into it?)

Technically, yes as it’s not an accident for the purposes of a Reportable Accident.

For those who know who Helitrain are...they shut up shop a few weeks back. Paperwork error rather than hull loss?

The helicopter rolled over during an into-wind landing on the student’s second solo flight. The student was not familiar with the cyclic response and correct trim with the instructor absent.
