Together4Safety - Pre-Flight Risk Assessment - The first of many safety articles

EASA has a new collaborative safety promotion initiative called Together4Safety. The programme will be publishing monthly safety articles covering a range of subjects, all of which feature as causal or contributory factors in accidents and incidents. There will also be videos, posters and in the near future even podcasts. On the rotorcraft side the articles are put together by the European Safety Promotion Network - Rotorcraft (ESPN-R), which involves manufacturers, operators and regulators all working together for safety.

You can read the latest article on the importance of pre-flight risk assessment at the link below. In the coming months we will be covering subjects including CFIT and Distracton (with the help of a world famous rally driver), Flight Data Monitoring and the Benefits of Safety Technologies.
