Helicopter Training (PPLH)- Central London

Friend wants to get his PPL(H), but has a busy lifestyle in Central London (S. Kensington, Little Venice).

What are the nearest recommended flying schools with sensible access by car (time/distance/traffic)? Thinking, Denham, Elstree, Biggin...…?

Any advice appreciated.
