AW139 departs ABZ, shortly afterwards vibration so they RTB. Loss of bonding strip and fairing from TR blade. EASA and manufacturer agree the loss is 'not unsafe', views of pilot community unrecorded. Link to report.
Owner repositioning Gazelle in his back garden, perceives power loss and while trying to recover it rolls over and burns out. Link to report.
