Hi all,
I know many of us from PPL to Instructors and Examiners find it very difficult to efficiently obtain the regulation we are in need of researching, and I have always found the EASA website absolutely abysmal.
I stumbled across a web page some time back whilst on Examining duties called www.part-aero.com, which has an intuitive, user friendly approach to all area's of the reg's (Part CAT, SPO, NCC, NCO, FCL etc etc). (P.C and iPad only.. its pretty poor on an iPhone)/. Whilst not "official", it was great to use as a "ready reakoner", and I could find in seconds due to the indexing system, regulation that would take me sometimes 30 minutes or more to find.
If you haven't tried it, have a quick look. If you have, you'll probably be aware that it's closing down this summer. If you are keen to see it kept alive, please could you take the time to Email them, and ask for a copy of their survey to be sent to you. The survey took 20 seconds to fill out.
Cheers

Pity that it has not occurred to EASA as to how relatively easy it could be.
Some private individual has to show them how.
Will they ever get it or change it? I seriously doubt it.
Too bad it would be virtually impossible to shame them of their inadequacy or failing. I guarantee you it couldn't be done.

Around a year ago they sent a survey and I certainly replied saying that I would donate but never heard anything back. Shame, it was a good resource, If they are reading this I can offer hosting if that is the problem.
