Name this helicopter?

Twin seat, side by side, turbine powered (yellow) helicopter at Sisteron (LFNS) French Alps, a few days ago, with NO registration markings.
Uninformed speculation that it was a modified Rotorway?
Do turbine powered Ultralight helicopters exist?

Interesting, but "no".
No engine parts visible and I think the glazed areas of the cockpit different too?

Alpi Syrian AH 130 is a turbine helicopter based on the Rotoway Exec. Like most other turbine powered ultralight helicopters it uses the Solar T62 auxiliary power (single stage) turboshaft engine. Yes, there are many turbine powered ultralights.
