Enstrom 480B TT Strap?

Enstrom gurus:

I haven't found any online discussion about this accident report from 2017 (non-US) and am just curious, which manufacturer produces the OEM T/T straps on the 480B?

Also, is this accident the first "known" (only apparent at this time) T/T strap failure on an Enstrom?
