Dubai AW139 General Crew Question

Just a general question regarding the Dubai Air Wing AW139 crew if I may.

Are they based at Fairoaks on detachment from Dubai, or do they work for the Air Wing 'part time' from the UK?

All the ones that I know live and work in Dubai and go on detachment to the UK when HH goes there for the middle east summer.
