Gleneagles Connections
Hello, Could someone tell me if there is a connection between these variations of Gleneagles please?
The original Gleneagle Helicopters Limited was set up on 19 May 1979 and registered at Edinburgh Airport.
Another company named Gleneagle Helicopters Services (Scotland) Limited was set up on 19 Nov 1980 and was registered in Aberdeen.
Another company named Gleneagles (note the ’s’) Helicopters Limited was formed on 22 February 1995 and registered in Fife

If you would like to PM me and give me an email address I can go into greater detail about the various Gleneagles Companies but a short answer is the 1979 and 1995 companies had different directors. The Gleneagles story started a lot further back than 1979
