H24 ATZs,(UK)
You want to land at a private site within an H24 ATZ (eg Benson).
ATC are closed and the airfield switch-board operator can't help as not surprisingly they are not ATC trained.
What would you do?

Try calling ATC Brize on the phone and see if they can give you a number to call for the Benson operations that may be using the airspace like a flying school or a based unit, or see if they provide any other assistance or advice.

You could always ask the folk at NPAS Benson
The question must be asked "if the aerodrome does not operate H24 why is the ATZ notified active H24?" If it were a civil aerodrome the operator would be restricted to ATZ hours that are coincident with the aerodrome operating hours. Why should MOD be any different?
There are some non H24 MOD aerodromes that restrict ATZ hours, why not all?
The current state of affairs is not Flexible Use of Airspace (FUA), something that MOD tell you that they subscribe to.

Make blind calls and land. I have landed many times at a site next to RAF coningsby inside their ATZ on weekends and never had an issue. And whilst they are not active on weekends they have much more activity than benson, including the QRA typhoons on standby.
