This Programme has made the news a few times in the last few years, for all the wrong reasons, but appears to be coming under renewed scrutiny from the new administration. It is always difficult to interpret some of the intent of news stories, as they are often focused on the irrelevant and totally missing the significant issues, but a couple of these seem pretty major no matter which way the story is being spun.
Anyone have a better insight or more information? It appears like it is yet another product that is far less capable and operationally available than the platforms it is supposedly upgrading and replacing!
