Has the USHST team ever thought about streaming their safety workshops from each expo?
I always look at the line-up and a lot of it seems fascinating. Yet a big part of the world cannot attend. Surely it's worth streaming these workshops online for the whole community? I'd happily pay
For those interested, there 2017 line-up: Home

Yep I'll be there the whole week ....and one or two highlights of the show will be Columbia Helicopters bringing a former army CH-47D in their employ and Cold War Air Museum will be bringing their Mi-24 Hind ( as they did in 2012)

See you there mate just a shame it is not doing any flying demos. I have been informed it is arriving on the friday afternoon, so fingers xed the following thursday it may be one of the first to depart after we all get kicked out.
Where is Heliman from down under? I remember back pre HAI 2008 - he drew up a cartoon with a bunch of us on here who were going with helmets and our names on,
cheers
Re msg #12 . Would love one of these. Anyone willing to pick one up for me and mail it to me? Pay for postage and packing... Thks
Think Bell might be making some big announcement - beyond that I cannot think of the other OEMs springing something from the jack-in-the-box...lest something gets rolled into the exhibition center over the weekend wrapped up more than a mummy...
Cheers

To be or not to be...... that is the question.
MD should have something on the 900 by now [but probably will not] and I have seen an image purporting to be the 6XX [a 600 with a tail rotor].
The rest appears to be all scaled back in importance..... no Airbus breakfast briefing and lots of the others appear to be walking backwards from the expense of promotion.
Perhaps after last years debacle in Louisville [where the only positive aspect was that each attendee could take home 5 event bags/totes each there were so many spare] there is a new mindset that the OEMs can get away with more than they previously thought.
Anyway I shall be there as ever exercising my legs in long walks from one end to the other in short order and looking for hopefully worthwhile stories.... or if it turns out to be a 'dud' simply contemplate it in the nearest bar.
