Chinook Mid Hook Q

Can anyone tell me who makes the mid hook? And is there a model number, NSN or something ? I've tried google for the last 3 hours....

I'm needing a side view of the starboard side.

TIA

No idea I'm afraid, other than its a hefty bit of metal which moves quick when you lose a load at 300'.....
